Privacy policy
Short version: we use what you send to answer your rebate question and, if you ask, to introduce you to a contractor. We do not sell it.

What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, town, how your home is heated, and anything you write in the message field. We do not collect your income, your account numbers, or any payment information, and you should not send those to us.
What we do with it
We use it for two things:
- To work out which New Hampshire or Vermont rebate programs your address qualifies for, and to reply to you about it.
- If you have asked for a contractor introduction, to pass your inquiry to one or more contractors in our network who serve your town and are enrolled in the relevant program.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not pass your details to anyone outside the network contractor you asked to be introduced to.
Form handling
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which relays the contents to us by email. Their handling of the data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled in future, this section will be updated to say what is collected before that happens.
Fonts and scripts
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and a CSS framework from a public CDN. Those requests transmit your IP address to those providers as a normal consequence of loading a web page.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of the introduction, and then deleted. If you want your details removed sooner, call us on 603-681-7860 and we will do it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Tell us not to pass your details to any contractor — we will still answer your rebate question.

Upper Valley Home Energy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of NHSaves®, Efficiency Vermont®, any utility, or any state agency. Information about their programs on this site is descriptive and offered in good faith, but it is not a guarantee of any rebate.
